We are currently unable to send to our friends in Europe due to new GPSR compliance rules. We hope to resolve this soon!
Non-defective merchandise such as duplicate gifts, or items surplus to requirements through no fault of our own must be returned in perfect, unopened condition within 30 days of order placement to qualify for a full refund.
Refunds will only be sent once the original has been returned to us in perfect condition.
Sorry, but we cannot reimburse return postage costs for non-defective items.
Return your item/s together with a print-out of your order confirmation or order details from your account, or alternatively include a cover note with the original purchaser’s name and (if possible) order number along with your exchange request and delivery address (if applicable) to:
