From the 1st of July 2021, there are new EU VAT and customs rule changes.
We will now only be sending orders to the following countries: France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Italy & Austria on our standard European shipping tariff.
If you live in an EU country not listed as a shipping destination and would like to buy from us, please email email@example.com for a bespoke shipping price.
The new rules mean that some countries require your Personal Identification Number* (PID) in order for the shipment to clear Customs, so please ensure you supply this when completing the order form.
All items sent will be ‘delivered duties unpaid’ (DDU). This means that YOU are responsible for your country’s import VAT, customs duties and handling fees. Please ensure you are happy to pay these costs in addition to the cost of your order before you place it. We take no responsibility for these additional costs and no refund will be made if you refuse to pay them at the point of receipt of the goods or return the goods for this reason.

*Importer’s PID Number:
All European countries, require a Personal Identification Number for the receiver of the goods of a B2C shipment in order for Customs to clear the shipment.
Requirements and formats vary by destination; however examples include a DNI or NIE for Spain or an Italian Codice Fiscale.
The postal service may be disrupted at this time, so please be patient while you wait for your order to arrive. Many International and European destinations are experiencing delivery hold-ups and delays due, limited lorry/airline capacity, government restrictions and consequent backlogs.
